30 Jan 2015:  Montrose Triathlon Club are now accepting members for 2015. Membership costs £15 for the year.

 

The Club meets on Thursdays for a swim session at 18:30 to 19:15 for the beginners and 19:15 to 20:00 for intermediate and advanced swimmers.  There are pre-prepared swim plans to follow and UKCC Level 1 coaches available. The beginners have the benefit of a UKCC Level 2 swim coach most weeks. The Club has 2 lanes for members use and the cost is £3 per session.

 

The Club also meet on Saturday mornings at 09:30 for a run session where there are pre-prepared run routes to suit all abilities from 3k to 10k. Cycle sessions will be available when the better weather returns.
